Reading

This week we will talk about READING:

1. Do you think people in Spain read a lot (books, magazines, newspapers, comics…? If not what are the reasons?
2. Should children be encouraged to read from an early age? If so, how?
3. What are the advantages of reading?
4. Are books expensive in Spain?
5. Do you sometimes buy books as presents for your family or friends? Do you like receiving them as presents?
6. When a book that you have read is made into a film do you like watching it? Which one do you usually prefer the book or the film?
7. Do you read in other languages apart from your own? Do you think reading helps learn a foreign language?
