Since we will be doing an activity with idioms tomorrow, I
thought it would be appropriate to watch a short (4 minute) TED Talk video
about the evolution of language.
It will be interesting to hear what you all think about
where we should make the distinction between different languages or dialects of
the same language. (Is Spanish in Mexico the same language as Spanish in
Andalucía or CyL?
Also, what are the pros and cons of linguistic diversity? In
today's world, is it necessary that we all share a language?
