I came across a very interesting article about aging and
positivity this week. It talks about how studies show that those with a more
positive outlook on aging and those who find purpose into their elder years
tend to live longer. I'm curious if you all agree that your mentality can have
a big effect on your health, and what ways you plan to find purpose in the
coming stages of your life.
This is my last class with all of you, so I hope to see as
many of you as possible!
